Turtles move to Gotham and start taking down criminals at night Batman gets curious tracks them down and confronts them they don't like his tone and he doesn't like strangers specially Mutant Turtles and the fight starts.

This already happened on panel. Batman handed them their shells and splinter had to save them.

Splinter/Batman. Kick ass fight.

This cracked me up, for some reason. But yeah, Bats wins this for me.

To be fair, the only Turtle who Bat's ko'd was Raph, and that was using the Batmobile. Mikey simply retreated from a kick, and while Leo was disarmed, it was implied that he at least could give Bat's a bit of trouble.

If the Turtles go into "We're a family hear us roar" mode, they can take this.

I would say the turtles should win.
