I would say fairly powerful. Above Kanan, maybe above Ahsoka, but still nowhere near Yoda, Anakin and Sidious

Hints at his power are his precocious use of the Force that seemed to come naturally to him growing up as a street rat on Lothal, and 6 months training with that holocron, made him unrecognisable with his skills according to Hondo, and he's seen Jedi in action.

Filoni is probably growing up Ezra for some post RotJ show.

I'm assuming he'll probably be around Windu level at full potential.
