Battle takes place on opposite ends of a star destroyer hanger, the short side.

1. Sidious, since Sidious > Plagueis > Vitiate and Sheev may well have access to greater knowledge already (or at least comparable knowledge).

2. Sidious, only by a larger margin, given his vast superiority as a combatant.

Again Sidious; for the reason above, and given that Vitiate has had trouble overwhelming strike teams of fodder, Sidious would just walk right through his Force lightning.

Sidious, for the reasons stated, the only way Vitiate could hope to win is by pulling out some esoteric ritual. But without nexus or prep he's up shit creek without a paddle.

Sounds about right.
