IMHO, most of the prominent ancient sith are around Dooku's level, with Exar Kun being closer to RotJ Vader. I'd say Karness.

Muur wasn't beating Krayt in sabers. But one could argue that he was having to contest with Celeste Morne at the time, so in his living form, he might well have done so.
