LotF Caedus at the beginning is nearly at the top of his game already. He improved mostly after killing Mara, but mostly mentally.

He should take a majority in the Force, but this round can be certainly debated given Marek's accomplishments.

Jacen wins sabers in every setup though, and probably everytime in all out.

I honestly don't think you believe that. I mean, Jacen's powerful but he's not capable of defeating Galen in a direct contest of Force power whether you look at them feat for feat or how they're portrayed against other force users and I think you know that.
