Shimrra was legitimately beating Luke, but it's tough to say how fatigued the Jedi was. We know that Force users can replenish their physical stamina easily, but Luke may have used up lots of his Force reserves running through the Vong army.

He still oneshotted Jacen, who had even than crazy durablity iirc.
