Huh...so they actually did go with the deleted scene. Or well...I guess Yoda's vision, which I guess wouldn't really make it a deleted scene.

In ROTS, in the deleted scenes, Shaak is killed by Grievous.

There's also a deleted scene where Anakin kills her.
