By all implications, Carnivore was ~ the Presence. Conversely, Akhenaton could only leech a portion of energy from THOTI -- and THOTI only represented "a fragmentary glimpse" of TOAA's power.

In Marvel, that "fragmentary glimpse"
made Thanos as "almighty" as one can get within creation. (within the multiverse/omniverse whathaveyou)

You have to step outside creation to some unknown other place to find TOAA.

I don't consider TOAA as a cat to be categorized with any of its creations.

Akhenaten wasn't leeching a portion btw,

AK, "mastered" the HOTI ... he was tapping it directly.

But Thanos, merged with the HOTI, so he became greater.

While tapping the HOTI, AK, was the most powerful being in Marvel until Thanos.

Akhenaton 'mastering' THOTI doesn't change the fact that he could only leech a given portion of its power at any one time. He certainly couldn't use all of that power at once, like Thanos was able to do after merging with it.

That's all I'm saying.
