The ghost of Jack Kirby and the Source are chatting and Jack starts telling the Source about these earlier creations over at this place called "Marvel". The Source gets jealous that Jack had another, earlier mistress, so it dispatches Death of the New Gods Infinity Man to see that it goes away.
Infinity Man enters the MU disguised and hidden among the Gods, as he was in DotNG. From there he begins scheming and killing off Gods. He remains disguised as long as you feel he is able to do so (i.e. if you feel his opponent would be able to uncover his identity then he'd be revealed). He may also take as long as needed at each stage (e.g. he would be allowed to take months or years if needed).
All parties are empowered as if they are in their home realms.
Round 1: Asgard
Round 2: All Earth Pantheons
Round 3: Remaining 9 realms aside from Midgard, including Gorr the God Butcher (Peak)
Round 4: Hell Lords & Co. (Mephisto, Satannish, Dormammu, etc.)
Round 5: Elder Gods, including Atum
Round 6: Many-Angled Ones
Scenario 1: Each round is fought individually
Scenario 2: As each round approaches defeat, it may reach out to the next level for assistance, even if they're mortal enemies (status quo/living together is better than dying alone, and all that).
