By past feats Monarch by supposed future potential coming up Manhattan

Yeah, Manhattan's finally being/going to be tested against other supers, but until he's done some stuff i gotta say Monarch.

They're going to me meshing Watchmen with DC?

^ It already kind of started when DC did the "Rebirth" relaunch. The implication is that Dr. Manhattan is responsible for creating the DCnU, along with stealing a decade from the continuum.

Absolutely NO particulars have been given thus far, so it's all just a guessing game right now.
