Cap was capable of taking on the most current Iron man model and was able to perform after being shot multiple times so the only issue is closing the distance on Robocop and then the latter gets dismantled again

Robo has a targeting sensor and Cap got hurt pretty bad when Bucky shot him in WS

I assume Cap has his shield? What's the starting distance?
