Rhino from AS2? The one who was just Paul Giamatti in a suit? Yeah he loses. Spidey took him down presumably with a manhole cover.

In all seriousness though, all he has is guns, and he can run in a straight line. Tony is far more maneuverable and strong enough to mangle him.

lol Rhino doesn't have any feats to suggest he could even survive against Tony's regular armor, never mind Veronica.
