I had steak, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob.

Can't stand Cream Corn.

Banana Rum , Dr Pepper and Popcorn while at da movie.

Meatloaf, various sides.

Spaghetti and Meatballs.

Homemade sauce is bomb.

Nvm, it was pretty gross.

Sauce was watery asf.

One easy way to thicken your sauce is to put water and flour in a mixing glass, shake it up really good so it's smooth, and while your sauce is on a low boil slowly stir it in.

Half the mixture will give you thicker sauce and the whole thing will give you spaghetti fudge LOL.

That means i get to say it in 2 threads!

A large ham and mushroom.

Im british and i wish we added butter to things more often. Tip for you guys, after youve browned your steak on both sides (a minute each way on high for an inch thick steak) stick a knob of butter on the steak and cook it a minute on each side again. Itll give you a medium rare to medium steak with caramelised sides. Also, burn the fatty side. Thats my cooking tip.

On another note, is anyone here british, and if so, are they concerned about pubs becoming franchises?

Franchises are fine, if they start that way, or become so organically, NOT if they co-opt established businesses. Just MO.

Mozzerella Sticks and Tater Tots earlier tonight, speaking of, gonna go grab me some.

Stew. Thick and spicy.

Lasagna. Sausage and ground turkey. Very little paste. Mama knows how to make a meal.

Italian Chicken (thats Chicken slathered with Italian Dressing, and then put into the oven), and mashed potatoes.

Meatloaf. Always good!

Baked chicken.
I filled up on sides.

Lasagna for the third time in a row... Not as good as the first or even second tbh.

I would rather have had 3 day old lasagna.

McDonald's.

It tastes good once you eat it, but afterwards, it feels disgusting.

Specifics: Double Cheeseburger, Large Fries, and 20-piece Mcnuggets.

Something that looked like cat sick before I whacked in the oven.

Tbh it looked like a loaf of cat sick when I took it out, but it tasted nice.

I had a Pizza Turnover from Gaetano's last night.

Couldn't finish it, they are GIGANTIC.

Bigger then a Large Pizza.

There are slight differences.

But the place I ordered from called it a Pizza Turnover, its what they've called it for years.

Anyway, I had the best meal of the year yesterday, as Thanksgiving should be.

Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Mashed Potatoes (the good kind, not that cheap stuff), Soup. Unfortunately, I didn't like the Turkey too much.

Oh, and I had a small helping of chocolate mousse.

^^^I'm not a turkey fan either, but MAN did i fill up on ham and sides!
Then today i attended a wedding reception. Stuffed to the gills AGAIN.

Yesterday I had Soup for Dinner.

Progresso, to be specific.

I opted against chicken soup last night.
Went out and ate Subway, did some book shopping.

Meatload and Mashed Potatoes.

Tonight, spaghetti ala corbonara.

Saw it being made on a TV show last night, looked up the recipe, and am gonna give it a whirl.

Yesterday I made chicken with a mushroom sauce from scratch. Green beans and sweet potatoes mashed. For dessert, ice cream with broken down chocolate and almonds, peanut and blue berries.

I love food shopping.

That turned out pretty well, even with it being my first attempt, and adjusting the recipe for more peeps.

Probably gonna have pizza or spaghetti tonight, bought some organic sauce made in house, some seasonings and some Rao's spaghetti.

...BUUUUT, Pizza is also pizza and I don't have to cook so-

Last night I made some Spaghetti and after watching some cooking tutorials it turned out fantastic.

I wasn't bad at it before but now it tastes godly.
