Which characters tend to do the worst relative to their power? This isn't including people like Luke who actively hold back, but rather for people who make idiotic mistakes.

Definitely Kas'im and Darth Maul.

Not sure about Kas'im because he may just be weak, but Maul definitely.

Kid's just a novice, with a terrible master. He does ok for his age/experience.

Kyp is likely only so bad, because if he would be portrayed seriously the story would be lame
