Probably Hyperstorm. He can just dump Larf back in the Mesozoic era.

Sane BFR, Larf can probably win IF he is willing to kill Hyperstorm at all costs.

Cool, cause I was thinking the same, just wasn't sure. I haven't read a lot of Larf, but what I did read gave me the impression that he had a decent amount of power, speed, and defense. I think it would be a good fight.

^ Larf literally is the Orange CPB nowadays. He can tap-into as much of its power as he wants. He can literally increase his power by a factor of 100,000% in the space of a single panel:

He's powerful, and can tap into a vast resource, but so can Hyperstorm. Having the ability to tap into the entirety of hyperspace, which from what I know, may very well be endless. Imagine if these two fused? Huh? hahaha!

The GL mythos has, in some ways, really been diluted.

Contrast Parallax and Ion, when they were the power batteries. Reality warping, Zero Hour etc.
