I mean if the machine wasn't broken and it wasn't human error..that kind of leaves us with just one remaining possibility.

Well hey they technically didn't lie, they straight up told us it wasn't human error or a technological error for that one time.

Have we now reached the point where they won't even bother to really lie and will just nonchalantly drop these bits of truth and just ignore them?
