It also was more meant as a joke, but I can see an strong argument being made for the Exile.

At this point he's still far more powerful than the majority of Force users ever manage to become. So Galen's outright defeat of Vader is still better than anything Meetra has performed. So driving Palpatine to desperation, as stated in the novel, isn't contending? I mean yeah Sidious is easily superior to Galen, but he DID contend for a time that's not really up for debate. Of course Syndi could tell you more about that than I can. Galen's feats are outright superior to Meetra's, she doesn't really compare at all.

Apart from being consistently implied to be on par with Revan in martial and physical skill, someone who Ellimist is currently struggling to argue Prime Vader is a better duelist than.

That isn't more impressive than Galen Marek holding his own Shaak Ti, considerably pre-prime, after slaughtering numbers of Force sensitive natives trained by Ti herself, killing rancors and having to deflect attacks from the flaura Shaak controlled.

Also isn't better than stalemating Darth Vader.

I just skimmed through his RT, and found nothing more than him absorbing Sidious lightning.

His RT doesn't contain the passages or scans in regards to his fight with Sidious. If you'll look at the bottom of the comments I try to get Zapan to put them in but he says he won't because of his opinionated bias on the matter.

Marek absolutely annihilates Meetra. Even her fangirls know it to be true.

Honestly, Traya's assassin feat probably impresses me more than anything Mareks done in combat tbh.
