I doubt dipping into the military budget would go over very well for Trump, since he's also running on empowering our military, which means putting more money at their disposal. Again, he's gonna have to convince congress that spending potentially hundreds of billions of dollars on a wall is a worthwhile endeavor.

Are those the organizations that will build the wall, though? It's likely he'd have to hire third party contractors to build this wall, which would almost certainly require congressional authorization.
If you look at the article I posted earlier in the thread you will see that it points out how building fences in some areas of the border required congressional approval for the spending, so there's no reason to think that building a massive wall won't require congressional approval for the spending.

The court would have to rule it unconstitutional. The constitution says we can protect and control borders and does not get into specifics, so a wall would be well within reason, especially since we already have one.

The constitution says we can protect our borders, but that doesn't mean the President can build a wall without congressional support, hence why building the fences we already have now required congressional support.
And as far as Trump's immigration policy goes, as with most of his politicies, he's changed it on a whim several times. In an interview he said this -
Pelley: "Eleven, 12 million illegal immigrants --"
Trump: "Or whatever the number is."
Pelley: "Still in the country, what do you do?"
Trump: "If they've done well, they're going out and they're coming back in legally. Because you said it--"
Pelley: "You're rounding them all up?"
Trump: "We're rounding 'em up in a very humane way, in a very nice way. And they're going to be happy because they want to be legalized. And, by the way, I know it doesn't sound nice. But not everything is nice."
Will he do that? Or will he do what he said in the article? I think he wants to do what he outlined in that interview, but reality won't allow him to.
BackFire
Yes we can definitely decide which illegal immigrants to deport because deporting them all is not feasible and there's a lot of nuance in it. What about the children who were born here to illegal parents? Do the children get deported too? Ripped out of school? It's not a cut and dry situation and since Trump is not good at really explaining or possibly even understanding nuanced situations, it's unclear what his actual policy will be.
Time-Immemorial
I cant get into those gushy verbs, Trumps immigration plan I just posted says nothing about ripping anyone out of schools. I really dont know what else to say other then to read his actual position I posted.

Yes the problem is his position has changed so much that it's pretty much impossible to really know what he actually wants to do. This is his own fault, really.
He doesn't have to say "I will rip children out of school" in order for that to be the result of his potential actions. If he does engage in mass deportation then that's the ultimate outcome.
Either way, like I said I sincerely doubt he'd actually be able to do it, even if he really wants to.
Robtard
Trump would deport less immigrants than Obama, at least Mexican immigrants. The cheap labor they provide helps the farming industry, construction industry etc keep their overhead down. Trump's a capitalist at heart, he's not harming his fellow financial elites.
Why do you think the face he showed to Mexico was far different than the face he showed in the US? A vote for Trump is a vote for even more illegal Mexicans *gasp*

What power would the drug cartels have if there is no longer illegal trade? Can you imagine the president who legalized all drugs (congress)? He or she would be assassinated.
