I'm not sure, I have Kun and Caedus pretty close and Vader and Krayt pretty close.

Given blurbs and summaries are now taken at face value as irrefutable sources of information, Exar Kun is capable of becoming more powerful than Reborn Palpatine. Kun can defeat them both handily.

Exar Kun returning to physical form, where Kyp's power would be even less comparatively significant than it is compared to Kun in spiritual form, makes Kyp irrelevant. If we're including their assets then Palpatine had an entire fleet of star destroyers including the Eclipse II. So that doesn't fly either.

1.Kyp was insignificant in their telekinetic and sense power comparisons.
2.If we are including military assets then Sidious had a fleet containing Star Destroyers, Executors, World Devastators, and the Eclipse II.
3.The full quote makes the clear distinction that Kun + Kyp are a graver threat than any the New Republic has faced, even more so than the aforementioned issues.

If blurbs are non-canon then Plagueis is no longer > Vitiate, I.E. the point.
