Vandar's more powerful than the mighty Jedi who rebuilt an enclave. He'd beat Malgus.

Being more powerful then a Jedi that rebuilded the conclave says nothing, it could have happened in any number of ways using TK. Anyways, he could be more powerful then Zallow but not as skilled so no.

The Enclave feat is never mentioned here except in a mocking light. Just a heads up.
