When my bf gets measured at the hospital they usually measure him at 6'3"/4", which is daft, considering he's 6'6".

Saying that, I got measured at 5'4", so I'm assuming no one knows how to stick a height chart to a wall at that place.

I just dont run near as much as i used to. Went from maybe 10-12 miles a DAY, to 20-25 miles a week. Plus i finally get to lift heavy since i retired, without having to keep at 186lbs for the Army standard.

I'm just lazy, I got a whole bunch of exercise equipment sitting in my basement gathering dust... and they shall continue unless I can get the gf to work out with me... in yoga pants... oh yeah.

See now THATS distracting. Its why the spouse and i do our own routines!

Distraction is the point, if I think too much about the exercise it gets to be too much like work and I quit.
