OK, and how will he do it?

IMO it depends on the match ups.

Honestly unless Surfer is fighting Hal I see the league taking this, Stardust doesn't really impress me and Morg is to bloodthirsty to go with the constant energy manipulation to win.

If Morg has the mystical powers along with his cosmic powers I give that to the Heralds.

Otherwise it can go either ways.
