Rayf Ysanna gets killed instantly by Palpatine in Empire's End.

A bunch of mooks are fried to death by one Lightning burst, but I assume you want more popular characters. Hmm...

The three Jedi Malgus roasted.

The Andeddu cultists Wyyrlok roasted.

Ventress was roasted by Dooku.

Skal'nas ashed another Rakata.

Nyriss ashed herself.

Galen killed a Sith acolyte straight out with lightning.

Starkiller has ashed stormtroopers.

Bane has killed mercenaries with it in DoE.

Can't really think of any major character deaths that occurred by lightning that haven't already been listed.

Ventress died that way, Marr died that way, Windu may or may not have died that way, Vader died that way, Nyriss died that way, Rayf died that way, that random Beast Rider that Bane ashed, several merceneries Bane ashed, Zabraks and Kiffar Dooku blasted, a Sith acolyte, God knows how many Stormtroopers, etc.

Ventress/Vader died afterwards from injuries sustained by the Lightning. The OP's criteria disallows that.

He was also stabbed and threw off of a mountain, and he was still alive.

I think he meant that Wyyrlok killed Krayt with Lightning.

Eh, I believe there are sources that state the lightning killed him.

And there are sources that state the fall did uhuh

In the movie you can apparently hear him go: "Yaagh!" as he gets thrown out the window... implying the fall killed him, or he died on the way down from the lightning.

Yeah that kinda sounded like him dying to me.

I feel like he definitely did die that way. Mace isn't flung out the window the moment the lightning hits him, but Palpatine keeps up a continuous stream of lightning on him until he dies. Which once he is dead and no longer in control of his body the force of the blast knocks him out the window.

The moment his body gets flung away is the moment of his death. At least that is how I interpreted it.
