Hulk and Superman decide to settle Marvel and DC's difference, by pummeling eachother in a boxing ring.

Rules are:

1. Pure KO. No TKOs or points. Once one fighter goes down, the match ends.
2. Rules are only speed, defense, power are allowed.
3. Matches go up to 8 minutes.
