If Republican's simply ceased to exist, who would the poor go after? Who gentrified their neighborhoods and pushed them out? Who put quota's on school selectivity, keeping many Asian's out?

Sometimes I wonder if the bible belting racist conservative is kept in power/in the public eye by design, to distract the masses from who's REALLY oppressing them in their own back yard..

It's the unwritten part of the social contract. The weak can only detest those above them. Add in some Marxist indoctrination and you have are current climate.
