Vader's strength doesn't really matter since he's much slower than Anakin. The best he can do is augment his speed in short bursts. Speed + Strength spells danger for Makashi users of Dooku's caliber; you want to interrupt his sequence of movements. Savage is arguably stronger than Vader, yet Dooku had no problem dodging his strikes and disarming him due to his slow hack-and-cleave style.

He's broken durasteel, crushed bones, snapped necks, over-powered both Anakin and Kenobi, staggered the latter and disarmed him through physical strength, tanked multiple blaster shots, etc.

He's right there with Vader in terms of physical strength and endurance.

The Anakin/Obi-Wan thing was whilst he was enraged. In that state, all of his feats are so far beyond the norm for him it's not even funny.

The rest of it is Grievous-tier.

Off the top of my head? Shattering crystal pillars in a near-death state, sending Jedi flying with the force of his blows (and he doesn't need to enraged like Savage to do it), and nearly disarming Galen Marek and others with a single strike.

Taking an opponent off guard with the Force of your strike because they underestimated or didn't have the full measure of you is a pretty common practice in SW duels. Take Bane and Zannah where the line for Vader and Galen is nearly copied word for word. Neither of them had trouble dealing with that strength later in the fight once they knew what to expect.

That's true. Pretty sure Galen considers Vader stronger than him later in the duel anyways (with him being faster than Vader in turn).

EDIT: There's also Vader exhausting Ben Kenobi. And being stronger than Ahsoka, who was keeping up with Maul fine.
