Sion is below anybody on team 2, but his indestructibility is a huge wildcard allowing to cheapshot somebody defeating him.
Tholme is around Kas'im.

Team 2 here, imho. Vader > Kolar=Ventress=Bulq > Fisto > Sion = Tholme = Kas'im.
