Depends on how good we think fresh Sith Lord Maul is.

Siolo owning Maul like he did should place him at least in Ti's ballpark, IMO. Maul should be decent enough at the point when he fought Siolo.

And Maul has been debunked.

Shitting on Maul is better than anything Shaak has done. After all, she hasn't won against a single relevant opponent, and most, if not all, of her appearances, has her being a punching bag for more relevant and powerful characters.
