The Jedi Council as of RotS, without Yoda, but with Yaddle.
The Dark Council as of SWTOR, Act I.

The Jedi Council destroys, more powerful and better fighters in general.

wait a sec, so you guys dont think that rots council dies instantly because swtor council consists of named sith with feats meaning they should automatically be above almost all jedi sans kenobi-tier?
or does that go only for a pile of shit like sorzus syn, darth nihl and co?

An observation relevant here:
Not every Force power or talent is known in all eras. Knowledge is gained and lost over time, and techniques that are common during the Great Sith War are all but forgotten by the time of the Clone Wars.

It's not relevant at all. There's no proof that the Sith Empire learned of the techniques that were "common" during the Great Sith War. Kun and Qel-Droma operated completely independently of the Sith Empire, and it's fact that a lot of Sith knowledge died with Kun.
