Should clear. Brianna has blitzed five Handmaidens -- elite martial artists with training in Echani combat arts, and stalemated Atris -- a master of Juyo, thus a high-level duelist in multiple fighting forms, who has vast knowledge that would've no doubt afforded her a great deal of power and skill.
That in of itself should mark her comparable to Obi-Wan. Visas Marr, someone capable of killing scores of people with lightning, should also be at least within Kenobi's tier of power. Together they drop him, and any sub-Obi fagg within this gauntlet(and that's everyone bar Yaddle).

Bandon was skilled enough to contend by Malak, or at least believed to be that skilled, so he can provide a decent challenge to Kenobi or Yaddle. And his power should be comparable to Yaddle/exceed Obi-Wan. He's killed Force sensitives by hurling them at computers hard enough that the machine explodes and kills people within the immediate vicinity. And that is, quite frankly, insane.

Jolee isn't adding much, but he was capable enough to best four katarns and Nayama, who slaughtered many Jedi. So he won't be useless.

There's a quote claiming Bandon had yet to find an equal with a blade before Revan. Does that quote include Malak?
