Normally, I'd side with the guy with more overall showings, but I am in agreement here. Things like that church fight was just ridiculous, and Galahad displayed borderline superhuman capabilities, and had enough speed/skill to aim dodge a virtually pointblank gunshot, IIRC.

While the Punisher has some relatively high feats himself (bouncing lower back first off that vent/roof - can't remember - and continuing to go toe-to-toe and eventually get the upper hand on Daredevil, and getting drilled through the foot and still clearing out the Irish gangster hideout are two that come to mind), Galahad's church building clear out put him into superhuman territory or close enough to it to take Bernthal Punisher.
