He's a voice actor, who has his own opinions(them being Ahsoka is ~ Mace, for example). So... no, I don't think his word as canon, the Inquisitor wins.

Ezra was already capable of pushing back the Seventh Sister when tapping into his anger in season 2 so considering he's grown quite a bit since then (official sources and Feddie PJ only confirms it), he should win in a good fight.

His words aren't canon and he's a bit of an idiot when it comes to Luke. But he's obviously ahead of us on Rebels S3.
