Spidermans not a murderer, so Khan wouldn't get killed here.
He would, however, be absolutely humiliated when Spidey gives him a wedgie and makes fun of his hair cut. This would lead him to develop crippling anxiety along with a speech impediment as well as force him to keep to the confines of his house for fear of going out into the world. His days would then be taken up by uncontrollable eating leading to morbid obesity, video games, and arguing on forums under the screen name "quanchi112" leading to only further humiliation. It's a sad life for poor Khan.
