How good is Mystique's healing factor these days?

I'm assuming not on the level of Wolverine?

I think Medusa should be able to slam Mystique around a good bit, maybe get a KO that way, or suffocate her somehow by filling every orifice with hair.

The only deciding factor is how well Mystique can shapeshift out of the hair - i.e. into a thin snake or something.
