Peak Anakin can defeat Exar Kun. But more often than not the Dark Lord prevails.

Peak, no zone Anakin was putting Dooku on the stomping range. He probably takes it.

I guess clarity is needed? What's Anakin's mindset?

He was overwhelming Dooku in augmentation, Exar Kun's augmentation is much greater than Dooku's ever was.

He literally loses because Anakin was too fast and strong, read the novel.
