snake isn't even fast enough to dodge a single bullet. if he was moving at arrow and throwing knive dodging speed he should have moved his head out of bullet's path before the bullet reached him. olga is a shitty shot if he she aimed at the center of mass/head snake should get a bullet to the brain before he could move away
