He can win, honestly. He's fought Asajj(who's around Kenobi tier) and the best swordswomen the Nightsisters had to offer in this state. That's as good a team as Kenobi and Tano, plus they were in stealth mode and had more knowledge on how Dooku fights.

If he fails in a duel, lightning or TK should be enough for a win.
