H2H only

Well Iron Bat took a few beatings from Superman. Doesn't seem like Bones should even be able to hurt him.

TheVaultDweller
Only shot Rumlow has here is trying to use his blades to stab Batman through the mouth, or something. But those weren't his first go-to against Cap. And, as KingD mentioned, Batman was able to withstand things like Superman plowing him through a building, without his suit taking any really notable damage. Rumlow does have a speed edge here, but I don't think that will be enough.

To be fair, we don't know if Bats has enough strength to really hurt Rumlow. He was only hurting Superman when he was severely weakened by Kryptonite. Otherwise, the suit didn't seem to amp his strength much plus he's ridiculously slow.

TheVaultDweller
Well, he was strong enough to swing Superman around, and smash him through several pillars. And those piston arms packed a punch, but didn't seem all that sturdy when someone actually tried to pick them apart. Cap pretty much just pulled the one off. Look here, at around the 46-47 second mark. It literally looks like there was just one thick strap holding it in place. Have to follow the link. No playback for that vid:

Nah, I attributed that more to his grappling hook. You see Batman engage the grappling line to enable him to swing Superman around. If Batman was that strong on his own then he should have easily been able to pick up Superman with his own hands and ragdoll him through walls. But he never did any of that, not without the aid of his grappling line.

And armored Bats is so slow I doubt he'll be able to disarm Crossbones without getting a spike through his face.

Like just stated that was the more the hooks retracting power. It's the same hook he used to sling that crate with ease at the thug in the warehouse fight. Remember this is the same hook that can yank batman around with ease so yea.

Rumlow shouldn't have a problem here.. he was beating down Cap.. Armored Bats is slow as f&ck, He doesn't possess what it takes to beat Rumlow

To be fair, his initial edge was mostly due to cheapshots and, once Steve got serious (when he saw the blades), he dropped Brock in 10 seconds flat.

thats true.. however Batfleck is nowhere near Cap level

Decent fight. I'll give the slight edge to Rumlow though.

Would that still count as H2H though? OP said it's purely hand to hand.

Yeah, but someone can still beat him without stomping him in 10 seconds. stick out tongue

However, Batman's slowness in his armoured suit really does play against him here (I rewatched the fight with him and Kal). A guy who can not only land hits on Cap, but dodge some of his hits, and well as casually manhandle someone like Black Widow (she did land some hits, but he hardly seemed to be taking her seriously, and disposed of her, almost at will, once he got tired of her) will be a tough opponent for Bats to hit repeatedly.
