Widow solos. Unless you are taking her tasers away then she has very few feats without toys.

Rumlow is kinda a joke but he still beats anyone on team 1 not named Ozy 1v1.

Nobu can potentially solos, Matt beating him was pretty pis filled.

How is Matt beating him PIS-filled? Nobu had some trouble with a less experienced S1 Matt, and that was Matt without armour, a pair of sticks, and Nobu with his shoge hook, shurikens, and prep (Fisk mentioned that he had been meditating for hours in preparation for the fight). Matt also beat him in episode 12 of season 2, and was solidly holding his own against him during the initial part of their finale fight as well, before beating him in the end. If anything, Nobu being able to quickly subdue both Matt and Elektra is PIS, considering that he has never even managed to do that in such a short time, one-on-one, and his ability to do so only lasted long enough for Elektra to get killed, in order to further future plot lines. Another thing to consider is that, up until the end of their S2 fight, Matt had always been fighting "morals on". It was only after Elektra died that he seemed to stop giving a f***, and went all out.

The S1 was the one I was talking about, sorry. Matt should have been dead from his injuries before he even mounted his comeback.

Well, remember, Matt also said that he uses "meditation" to increase his resilience and improve his healing, when Claire asked him how the hell he was still alive after some of the injuries he had.

And this is also the show where an un-enhanced human, like Punisher, can drop like 15 feet off a water tower, land lower back first on the edge of a metal roof, bounce off that, and land on the ground. And, instead of being maimed for life, like a normal person would, gets up and keeps fighting. Or Fisk can tank repeated blows to the head from Matt's billy clubs (he powered through like 5 direct blows in a row), when Matt has one-shotted scores of random enemies with it, at this point (he's even KO'd a few with billy club throw ricochets). The named characters in that show are durable as f***.

Edit: Take Nobu himself. Even with his immortality, falling off a roof as high as he did at the end of S2 should have turned him into roadkill when he hit the ground. But, other than being unconscious, he didn't seem to have sustained any notable injuries.
