Carnage IMO. He could stuff those tendrils up Shaw's nose and scramble his brains like eggs. That would be within his twisted character to do.

Carnage for me too. Mind control.

Even if Shaw managed to punch Kletus' head clean off, it wouldn't stop him.

Carnage, on the other hand, has plenty of ways of taking Shaw down. Suffocation, possession, piercing attacks...
