Probably Cap cause Brucie wasn't in the best frame of mind during that period.

They were both cracked out and crazy from what I remember - but I'm not so familiar with the Batman plot. Cap took down some opponents during that period, but I'm thinking the venom might give Bats an advantage here in terms of strength.
