I wanted to put an evil comic book general against a good comic book general that isn't GI Joe (A cop out answer, imo), but.....

I couldn't think of any generals who aren't evil. Sam Lane, Eiling, Zod.. All evil.

So yeah, non Rulk Ross against a heroic, or at least non evil general from a comic book eeries that isn't GI Joe,, if anyone can think of one.

Not sure if he officially held the rank but he was a Soldier (the original, the second was a police officer) and its in his name...-shrug-

DC also has General J.E.B. STuart and The Haunted Tank.
