I meant to post a poll, but here are some of the options I thought of:

Midi-Chlorian Parthenogenesis (Anakin)
Life-Draining Essence Transfer (Ghost!Exar Kun)
Rule of Two (Darth Sidious)
Force Wounds (Darth Nihilus)

Anakin's the most powerful, so out of those, the first technically gives you the most raw power.
