Savage has his double bladed lightsaber while Grievous has four lightsabers.

Can Opress beat Grievous with his momentum amp?

Kurk
Grievous finds himself literally unarmed and on the floor without his face mask.

ILS
In Legends, let alone canon, unconventional, unpredictable and brutally direct fighting styles work well against Grievous. Legends is a whole other discussion, but I really cannot see TCW Grievous winning this.

Deronn_solo
Savage is an untrained brute, though.

Rockydonovang
grevious every time legends or canon lowballing aside. Stalemating kenobi in spite of a stylistic disadvantage puts him well above oppress who was completely outclassed by kenobi even with the aid of maul. Grevious is also stronger giving opprress absolutely no edge.

You mean like Vaapad? confused Not quite, because by unconventional I meant none of the lightsaber forms. Savage didn't have enough training to be anything other than free-form.

Having said that, LoE does still shit on it's own point about the drunken brawler vs trained fighter analogy, doesn't it? Grievous replicated Vaapad, which he had never seen before, in seconds. Clearly his programming has more merit than initially thought.

If grevious could replicate vaapad why couldn't he counter kenobi's soresu??

It wasn't exactly Vaapad, but it was close enough. Then of course you have the fact that Kenobi's use of Soresu is thought to be Superior to that of Luminara and most Jedi by Windu himself, so that has to say something.

cs_zoltan
Because of it's simplicity and efficiency. He could analyze it but didn't do him any good, because Kenobi's defense was just impenetrable.

ILS
Dere be a reason Obi-Wan "the master" Kenobi was better suited than possibly any Jedi to defeat Grievous, according to Windu, who fought Grievous himself in the context of that situation.

Rockydonovang
oppress ragdolled kenobi who ragdolled grevious. Opppress being so much more powerful than grevious naturally means his force aug would put his strength miles above grevious's, therefore as oppress is way way stronger than grevious, he stomps

chingchangwalla
Savage, especially if he gets angry
