Round 1: Random encounter.

Round 2: Cap's team have 20 minutes of prep.

Standard weapons and gears for everyone.

The fight takes place in the rooftops of Oscorp building.

Can they finally beat the Lizard or they still will get badly beaten.

Which side wins and why?

I feel like Panthers vibranium suit counteracts lizard's healing.

Lizard loses, but Black Widow is next to useless (other than serving as a temporary distraction). Cap and Black Panther can likely keep him busy long enough for Clint, Sam and Bucky to bring the heavier firepower into the fight. I am sure between the bunker buster- and Chitauri melting arrows (Hawkeye), various small rockets and missiles (Falcon), as well as grenades (Winter Soldier), they can put him down for the count. Or at least wound him heavily enough so that Cap can maybe finish it with a shield decap.
