Just bought this. The same as the original ROTS comic, but repackaged with the Marvel logo with no Legends banner in sight.

There's a republished one since the split, I believe. Not sure if that's it, though.

Weird they don't use the Legends banner for the complete collection set.

However, it still collects issues #1-4 of the RotS comic adaption series... And those do fall under the Legends umbrella individually:

tl;dr
The TPB is definitely Legends material.
