Yes but so is Lex and Lex has better strategy feats.

I dont for example see Lex letting General Immortuz get the drol on him like he did Niles and the DP.

Isn't Immortus a master strategist, anyway? Luthor was just duped by his sister, so...

Here's the thing in no way is Immortus even close to Niles level intellectually. While Lex and his sister are. The feats are no where near close.

Yes, but he's a master strategist, with centuries of experience. Niles is easily smarter, yes, but not as good tactical wise. Vandal Savage had the upper hand on Luthor, and Vandal is nowhere near as smart.
