Burning down a village and having the same trinket as Karness Muur is... neat. However, his amulate serves as something to extend/preserve his power and will, not amp it.

His pyrokinesis is impressive, but Tyranus is a clearly superior telekinetic and is more masterful in the application of his powers. He wins.
