I found this list of the best comics of 2015 and 2016, by several publications by this guy named Jamie Coville,

And I know Bleeding Cool did a BOTY countdown for 2015 and 2016, but also did one for 2014. Coville did not do one for 2014, and I'm thinking about doing one.
I would have to find the lists, but I would like a opinion on this.
