Its not that simple

Vril Dox II is only a 10th level intellect (behind his son, fatjer and descendant in Brainiac 1,3, and 5) and yet hes out maneivered or defeated all three.

He's done it because he's more of a lateral out of the box thinker than they are (sort of like most of your list)

I never understand this. In what world is Reed dumber than Thanos? Thanos preps well and all, and I don't mean to give the impression that he's dumb or anything, but against Reed? Pretty much this. True brainiac is on another level. Same with B13. I wouldn't put cyborg so high, though. He's like a 3. His father is much smarter than he.

Just my opinion.I believe for one Thanos is a lot older and has been around the universe more times then Reed he also has an incredible thirst for knowledge. Galactus who is older then the Universe didn't know anything about Hunger when it attacked didn't even know it was there until Thanos figured it out.

Just because you're older, doesn't equate to being more intelligent. Reed has the feats over Thanos by a mile.

Of course he does he's been in comic books longer he a more mainstream character as well but imo if Reed and Thanos had a prep battle without PIS Thanos would win.

And as for a prep battle, well, theyre really PIS deoendant, so it seems a moot point.
